Analytics and evidence-system diagnostic
A focused audit of how your metrics are defined, collected and reported, so decisions rest on numbers people believe.

Who it’s for
Dashboards disagree
Two reports show different answers to one question.
Metrics lack owners
No one is accountable for what a number means.
Decisions stall
Leaders wait on data they do not fully trust.
Fit
Suits you when
You run a live product with tracking in place and want the data layer reviewed. Reports exist, but confidence in them is low.
Does not suit you when
You have no live product or tracking yet. Setting up measurement from zero is a separate service.
How it works
1
Kickoff
How the business runs, what decisions depend on data, the tools in use, and where trust breaks down.
2
Data and tooling access
Read access to tracking, warehouse and reporting tools, with table notes or a person who can explain them.
3
Audit
Tuesday and Thursday check-ins on what the audit is finding and which questions remain.
4
Findings
Each gap in definitions, tracking or reporting, how serious it is, the evidence, and a prioritized fix list.
5
Optional: repair and build
Continue together to fix tracking and rebuild reports, scoped separately.
Your assumptions about the data get checked, not trusted. The metric everyone quotes is often the one with the weakest foundation.
What you receive
Metric and KPI inventory
Tracking and data quality audit
Reporting gap map
Recommended measurement changes
90-day fix plan
If the data cannot answer a question, I will say that plainly.
Examples
Results were wrong because the unit of analysis was wrong
Marketing analysis for a subscription product counted people on the account rather than the paying user who saw the ad. That mismatch made acquisition results misleading. I corrected the granularity, giving the team a sounder basis for decisions across the business.
Everyone watched monthly totals, nobody watched cohorts
Monthly totals hid differences in cohort maturity. I defined lifetime value, return on ad spend, acquisition cost and renewal, then built cohort-based conversion metrics for fair comparisons. Sales adjusted its approach around the typical conversion window, and marketing optimization improved meaningfully.
