Who it’s for
Revenue is flat
Usage grows but income does not follow.
Few customers upgrade
Nobody knows what holds them on the entry plan.
Pricing feels like a guess
Changes get argued over without evidence.
Fit
Right when
You have a live product with paying customers and billing data you can share. Revenue is underperforming and the team cannot agree on the reason.
Wrong when
You have no live product or paying customers yet. Designing pricing from scratch is a different service.
How it works
1
Opening call
How you make money, who pays, your goals, the stack, and where you think revenue is being lost.
2
Billing and usage data
Table descriptions for billing, plans and usage, or a person who knows them. First data request.
3
Revenue review
Tuesday and Thursday sessions on early findings, open questions and the direction of the diagnosis.
4
Findings session
Each revenue leak, its size, the evidence, and a prioritized set of pricing and packaging recommendations.
5
Optional: put it into practice
Keep working together to apply the changes, scoped on its own.
Your view of where revenue is lost gets tested, not assumed. The largest leak is often not the one the team suspects.

Examples
Pricing a little higher without losing sign-ups
A competitor comparison clarified what the offer did meaningfully better and what a fair price would be. I paired a modest price increase with a sharper pitch that made the value clear. New-user conversion held steady at the higher price.
Different buyers needed different offers
I matched offers to buyer motivations through limited-time bundles, spend-level rewards, separate earned and paid currencies, and partner collaborations. The result was an offer strategy aligned to what different buyers value. A streak mechanic borrowed from another category: I also adapted growing rewards for consecutive wins, with a paid option to preserve a streak, to a new product type.
