Time commitment

Engagements start at
$10,000 a month
Role

Who it’s for
For teams that need a strategic owner, but not a full-time executive
No one owns strategy
Direction shifts with the last conversation.
A gap in leadership
The seat is empty, or its holder wants a senior sounding board.
Operations run on habit
Work ships, but planning and reviews are ad hoc.
What I own
Doing the work alongside the team
Direction
The product's aim, and the things it will not chase.
Sequencing
What is built next, what waits, and what is dropped.
Measurement
Metrics and tests that turn debates into decisions.
Cadence
Planning, review and decision routines the team keeps without me.
How it works
A steady weekly routine you can count on
1
Opening call
The business, the team, and the choices that have stalled.
2
The first month
Pinpoint the largest gaps, turn them into team KPIs, and agree a direction with early wins.
3
Weekly routine
A recurring check-in.
4
Roadmap and handover
A re-ranked roadmap, a team that tracks its own results, and routines it can run alone.
Proof
Where this experience comes from
Which direction for a product across platforms
A cross-platform product needed a direction the team could commit to. I laid out alternative routes with their pros and cons. We chose a hybrid approach, combining the strengths of the options into a clear path forward.
Ideas lived in chat, not in a system
Product ideas stayed in conversations instead of becoming accountable work. I enforced a production process that captured each idea, assigned an owner and tracked it through delivery, making responsibilities and progress visible.
The team moved from scattered discussions to work it could follow through on, with a shared record of decisions, ownership and delivery.
Fit
Does this suit your team?
Best when
You want senior ownership of product for a set period, and can give access to the team and the data.
Less suited when
You need a full-time executive on site, or only a one-off review. For a review, see the Bottleneck Diagnostic.
